How long does a home inspection take?

Most single-family homes take two to four hours depending on size and age. Older Chicago bungalows, greystones, and two-flats often take longer because there is more to look at — and we take the time to do it right. You are always welcome to walk along and ask questions.

When will I get my report?

You get a detailed, photo-rich report the same day — usually the same night — through an interactive online portal you can filter, search, and share with your agent or contractor.
